Shrimp With Feta Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. dry white wine
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. Feta cheese
2 c. chopped tomatoes
2 Tbsp. basil
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 to 1 lb. shrimp, peeled
black pepper to taste
Preparation

In skillet, melt butter on low heat.
Add garlic and onion; saute until onion is soft (5 minutes).
Add tomatoes, basil, mustard and sugar.
Mix well and cook over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
Add wine, parsley, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Mix over medium heat and add shrimp. Cook and stir frequently for 3 to 4 minutes until shrimp becomes pink (don't overcook).
Remove from skillet and transfer to open baking dish.
Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Sprinkle Feta cheese over top.
Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
Serve over angel hair pasta.
