Bacon Wrapped Oysters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) jar fresh oysters
2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
paprika
pepper
8 slices bacon, cut in thirds
Preparation

Drain oysters.
Place an oyster on each piece of bacon. Sprinkle with parsley and seasonings.
Wrap bacon around oyster and secure with a toothpick.
Place on broiler rack and broil about 4 inches from source of heat for 8 to 10 minutes.
Turn carefully.
Broil 4 to 5 minutes longer or until bacon is crisp and oysters begin to curl at the edges.
Makes approximately 20 to 25 hors d'oeuvres.
Also good skewered on barbecue pit.
