Pumpkin Muffins - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 3/4 c. flour
2 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1 c. cooked pumpkin
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Line or grease 18 muffin cups.
In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar, salt, allspice, cinnamon, baking soda and flour.
In separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, oil, pumpkin and milk.
Add to flour mixture along with nuts.
Stir just until ingredients are moistened.
Batter should be lumpy.
Fill cups 2/3 full.
Bake for 25 minutes.
