Frozen Fruit Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. sour cream
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can undrained crushed pineapple
    1/4 c. chopped maraschino cherries
    3 bananas, peeled and cubed
    1/4 c. pecans, chopped
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and pour into cupcake pans with paper liners.
    Freeze until firm.
    Store in plastic bags.
    Remove from freezer and place on a lettuce leaf about 5 to 10 minutes before ready to eat so they can thaw a bit.
