Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 onion
    1 bell pepper
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 c. rice
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Brown chuck. Add chopped onion and chopped green pepper; cook until tender. Add tomatoes and juice, rice, Worcestershire sauce and chili powder. Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
    Uncover and cook for about 10 more minutes.
