Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. oil
3 1/2 to 4 c. grated carrots
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix sugar and eggs; beat well.
Add oil gradually; add flour, cinnamon, salt, soda and grated carrots.
Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch or two 8-inch round pans or even a Bundt pan well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
