Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can V-8 or tomato juice
    1 pkg. chili seasoning mix
    1 can kidney beans
Preparation
    Brown hamburger with onion.
    Drain off grease.
    Add juice, seasoning and beans.
    Heat to boiling and then simmer for 1/2 hour. (The longer it sits, the better it tastes.)
