Low Calorie Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-bran cereal
    1/2 c. honey
    1 1/2 c. skim milk
    1 egg
    1 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Add bran to honey and milk.
    Soak 15 minutes.
    Beat egg; add to mixture.
    Fill muffin pans 2/3 full.
    Bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
