Sour Cream Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter
    3 c. sifted sugar
    6 large eggs
    3 c. sifted plain flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar well.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one.
    Sift flour and baking powder together.
    Add to batter alternately with the sour cream.
    Fold in flavoring.
    Put in a large tube pan or Bundt pan that has been well greased and floured.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for one and one half hours.
