Conaway'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, coarsely chopped
    salt and pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 small bottle ketchup
    saltine crackers
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Stir all ingredients together except ketchup. Shape into two small loaves.
    Put in baking pan and add 1 cup water.
    Cover with tinfoil and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes. Add ketchup to top of the loaves and continue baking, uncovered, during the last 15 minutes.
