Mom'S Rice Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. uncooked rice
    5 meatballs, crushed
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan
    parsley
    salt and pepper
    garlic powder
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Prepare rice according to package directions.
    Drain if necessary.
    Mix all remaining ingredients together and then add warm rice.
    (Use a large bowl, this makes a lot.)
    After rice mixture is well blended, form into balls about the size of a tennis ball.
    Roll in bread crumbs and fry in hot (350\u00b0) oil, a few at a time until golden brown.
    Makes about 21 rice balls.
