Orange Gelatin Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) box orange gelatin
1 (3 oz.) box lemon gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 small can mandarin oranges
8 oz. cream cheese
12 oz. 7-Up
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Mix Jell-Os and boiling water until Jell-O dissolved.
In small amounts, add cream cheese.
Mix thoroughly.
Add pineapple (juice and all) and oranges which have been cut in 2 pieces if large.
Add a small amount of orange juice.
Add 7-Up.
Pour into an 11 x 7 (or about this size) pan.
Sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
Chill until firm.
