Hungarian Cabbage And Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large potato, grated
    1 medium onion, grated
    1 egg
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 c. flour
    cabbage
    bacon drippings
Preparation
    Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl, except the cabbage. Add more flour, if necessary, to make this biscuit dough consistency. Drop in boiling, salted water by the teaspoonfuls to cook. When done they will rise to the top. Remove and rinse with hot water. Do not use cold water. Drain and set aside.
