Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 c. fresh blueberries
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients in mixing bowl; set aside. Combine egg, milk and oil; mix well.
Make a well in center of dry ingredients.
Pour in liquid ingredients and stir just until moistened.
Fold in blueberries.
Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Yield: 12 muffins.
