Egg In A Nest - cooking recipe

Ingredients

slice of bread
egg
margarine or butter

Preparation

Remove crust from bread.
With inverted glass, cut circle from center of bread.
Melt butter in frying pan; place bread in pan. Break egg in hole and cook.
Turn over, if desired, to cook further.
