Chicken Twists - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless chicken breasts or thighs
    1 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
    2 to 2 1/2 c. fine, dry, unseasoned bread crumbs
    2 eggs, beaten with 2 Tbsp. water
    vegetable oil (for deep frying)
Preparation
    Cut chicken into strips; flour and dip into egg and bread crumbs.
    Twist and deep fry until done.
    Serve with favorite dipping sauce.
