Hamburger Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    (4 lb.) 2 qt. ground cucumbers
    (3 lb.) 1 qt. ground onion
    (2 1/2) 1 c. ground green pepper
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1/2 Tbsp. ground cloves
    3/4 tsp. turmeric
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    3 c. vinegar
    3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Grind and drain the cucumbers, onions and green pepper.
    Add the rest of the ingredients.
    Bring to a boil and simmer 20 minutes & can.
    Makes around 5-6 pints.
    It's great.
