Korean Hamburger - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. shoyu
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 stalks green onion
5 eggs
1 round onion, chopped
1/3 bottle kimchee, chopped
1 c. watercress, chopped
1/2 tsp. sugar
dash of salt
Preparation

Mix all ingredients; shape into patties and fry.
