Chili Skillet Supper - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. fat
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 lb. ground beef
3 1/2 c. tomatoes (can)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
dash of pepper
4 oz. elbow spaghetti
Preparation

Melt fat in heavy skillet.
Add onion, green pepper and ground beef.
Brown lightly.
Add tomatoes, salt, chili powder and pepper, mixing well.
Bring to boiling.
Gradually stir in spaghetti.
Cover and reduce heat.
Simmer gently, about 20 minutes or until spaghetti is done.
