Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs
2 1/2 Tbsp. hot water
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. grated raw carrots
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine sugar, Wesson oil, eggs and hot water in mixing bowl. Beat for 4 minutes. Sift dry ingredients together. Add to mixture and beat. Add carrots and nuts; mix well. Bake in greased and floured angel food pan at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
