No Peek Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breasts
1 (6 oz.) box Uncle Ben's white and wild rice
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. water
Preparation

Spray nonstick coating in roasting pan with a lid. Mix the rice, soups and water together.
Pour into pan.
Lay chicken in and sprinkle onion soup on top. Cover securely with aluminum foil and then put the lid on.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
Do not peek.
Be sure and use a good heavy baking pan or roasting pan so the rice does not dry out.
