Blue Fish Or Trout - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    several fillets of fish
    1 beaten egg
    1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    melted margarine
Preparation
    Rinse and pat dry fish. Dip in\tegg.
    Roll in crumb and cheese mixture. Oil or spray
    baking
    dish.
    Baste with melted margarine. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until fish flakes.
