Fat Free Mock Guacamole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can (14 oz.) asparagus cuts, drained
1 c. finely chopped and seeded tomatoes
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. fresh snipped cilantro
2 Tbsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 Tbsp. lime juice
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 Tbsp. red hot sauce
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
Preparation

Place asparagus in bowl of food processor fitted with steel blade or into blender container.
Cover and process until smooth. Add remaining ingredients, cover and refrigerate at least one hour.
