Communion Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/4 lb. butter plus 1 Tbsp.
    6 Tbsp. half and half
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/3 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Work butter into flour, salt and sugar.
    Mix with half and half to make stiff dough.
    Knead well (30 minutes).
    Roll out thinly and place on cookie sheet.
    Mark with ruler 1-inch squares (not cutting through).
    Prick each squash with fork twice clear through.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 9 to 12 minutes or until lightly brown. Makes 4 pans.
