Baked Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
1 can cream of chicken soup
cornflake crumbs
salt and pepper
Preparation

Place chicken pieces on a greased shallow pan. Spread soup evenly over chicken. Sprinkle with cornflake crumbs. Salt and pepper as desired.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours. Bake, uncovered for crispy; cover for softer coating.
