Sour Cream Burritos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 large carton sour cream (use about 3/4)
1 small can chopped green chilies
1 lb. ground beef
1 Tbsp. chopped onion or to taste
grated hard yellow cheese (Cheddar or similar)
grated hard white cheese (Monterey Jack or similar)
6 to 10 flour tortillas
Preparation

Mix together soup, sour cream and chilies.
Set aside.
Brown hamburger with onion.
Warm tortillas in a frying pan with butter to soften.
On each tortilla, add some of the soup mixture, some of the hamburger and some of each of the cheeses down the center. Roll to seal.
