Whole Wheat Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/4 c. buttermilk or milk
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    cinnamon, bananas, raisins, etc. if desired
Preparation
    Stir together dry ingredients.
    Combine egg, milk and oil, then add to flour mixture all at once.
    Stir until blended.
    Pour 1/4 cup batter onto a hot lightly greased griddle.
    Cook over medium heat.
    Sprinkle fruit or nuts just before turning.
