Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash
    1 medium onion
    salt to taste
    1/2 lb. grated cheese
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Combine sliced squash, onion, salt and pepper.
    Simmer small amount of water for 30 minutes.
    Drain; add eggs, butter, flour, milk, cheese and salt.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8 people.
