Praline Ice Cream Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/4 c. butter
    1 1/4 c. packed light brown sugar
    3/4 c. light corn syrup
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Spread pecans on baking dish.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Set aside.
    Melt butter in medium saucepan.
    Add light brown sugar, corn syrup and flour, stirring well.
    Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool to lukewarm.
    Gradually stir in milk and pecans.
    Serve over ice cream.
