California Blend - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. bag frozen vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots)
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. instant rice
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    Combine in a casserole vegetables, soup, rice and cheese.
    Melt butter and pour over the top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
