Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans (16 oz.) sweet potatoes
    2 sticks margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together; blend well.
    Pour into unbaked pie shells.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
