Fiery Hot Chicken Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 - 20 oz. pkg. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1 tsp. lemon pepper
    1 tsp. oregano leaves
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 - 12.5 oz. cans chicken broth
    2 - 15 oz. cans pinto beans with jalapenos*
    2 - 11 oz. cans white shoepeg corn
    1 to 2 tsp. chiles in adobe sauce, chopped
    2 Bay leaves
    2 Tbsp. lime juice
    1/4 c. chopped fresh cilantro
    finely chopped red pepper (optional)
Preparation
    *Substitute 2 cans pinto beans and 1 - 4 oz. can chopped green chilies.
