Gator'S Light Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. plain flour
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    2/3 c. Crisco
    1 egg
    1 c. instant potatoes (use 2/3 c. instant potatoes and add water to fill cup)
    1 1/4 c. warm water
Preparation
    Mix flours, sugar and salt.
    Add yeast, dissolved in warm water, Crisco, egg, instant potatoes and water.
    Knead hard for 10 minutes.
    Let rise until doubled in bulk.
    Refrigerate overnight. When ready to use, make out rolls.
    Let them rise and bake at 425\u00b0.
    Brush with butter when half done.
