Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 medium onion, cut fine
    1 green pepper, cut fine
    4 stalks celery, cut fine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 small cans tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 lb. shelled, boiled shrimp
Preparation
    Brown onions, pepper and celery in margarine.
    Blend in flour, salt and pepper.
    Add tomato sauce and vinegar.
    Cover, simmer for 10 minutes.
    Add cooked shrimp and serve over rice.
