Sloppy Joes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    2 Tbsp. minced green pepper (optional)
    2 Tbsp. minced onion (optional)
    4 hamburger buns
Preparation
    Brown chuck; pour of excess fat.
    Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 15 minutes.
    Serve on buns.
    Add cheese, if desired.
    To reduce fat content, boil ground chuck in 2 to 3 cups water; rinse well in colander.
    Put back in pan; add remaining ingredients. Simmer 15 minutes.
