Gingersnaps - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. light molasses
1 beaten egg
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
Preparation

Mix and take 1 teaspoon of dough and roll into a ball.
Roll this in sugar.
They will flatten out while cooking.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
