Impossible Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. butter
1 c. coconut

Preparation

Mix ingredients in blender. Pour into a buttered 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes. Test with inserted knife in center to check doneness.
