Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine, melted
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
3 ripe bananas
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar; add beaten eggs; blend well.
Add flour, mashed banana and nuts.
Pour into greased and floured loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Don't open door until done!
