Whole Wheat Bread In A Bag - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 pkg. RapidRise yeast
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. nonfat dry milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. hot water (125~ to 130~)
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. whole wheat flour
Preparation
    Combine 1 cup all-purpose flour, undissolved yeast, sugar, dry milk and salt in a 1 gallon heavy-duty Ziploc freezer bag. Squeeze upper part of bag to force out air.
    Shake and work bag with fingers to blend ingredients.
    Add hot water and oil to dry ingredients.
    Reseal bag and mix thoroughly.
    Gradually add enough remaining all-purpose flour to make a stiff dough that pulls away from the bag.
