Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cooked chicken, cut in pieces
    4 c. broth
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    4 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    The day before, combine chicken broth, celery and cheese.
    Refrigerate.
    Before baking, add eggs, soup and 3 cups of cracker crumbs.
    Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch greased pan.
    Top with remaining crumbs.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 12 to 15.
