Rice Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 lb. sausage
    2 skinless chicken breasts, cut up
    1 small onion
    1 small green pepper
    1 garlic, minced
    1 c. tomatoes
    1 pkg. frozen okra
    1 c. tomato sauce
    2 tsp. Creole seasoning
    1 c. rice (uncooked)
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet.
    Add sausage.
    Add chicken, onion, green pepper and garlic.
    Cook and stir until chicken is cooked.
    Stir in tomatoes, okra, sauce and seasonings.
    Bring to a boil.
    Stir in rice.
    Cover.
    Remove from heat when done.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
