Saute Mushrooms With Garlic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, pressed or minced
    2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 c. fresh parsley, chopped
    1 lb. medium or small mushrooms, thinly sliced
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    In large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
    Add garlic, thyme and parsley and stir briefly.
    Do not let garlic brown.
    Increase heat to high and add mushrooms.
    Stir and mix well with garlic, thyme and parsley.
    Reduce heat to medium.
    The mushrooms will exude a lot of water.
    Cook for 15 to 20 minutes until it has evaporated.
    Add salt and pepper.
