Creamed Cabbage Baked - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage, shredded and soaked in ice water 1/2 hour)
Preparation
    Boil
    cabbage
    in
    salt water 8 minutes.
    Drain out all water. Add 1 cup cream white sauce and 3/4 cup grated cheese. In baking dish,
    put
    layer
    of
    cabbage and cheese sauce; add seasoning. Place crackers
    and
    butter
    on
    top with salt and pepper.
