Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
    1 c. water
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. chopped celery
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery.
    Heat broccoli in water; bring to a boil.
    Add Cheez Whiz, butter and soup.
    Stir until dissolved. Add rice, onion and celery.
    Put in a 2-quart baking dish and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
