Lemon Garlic Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/2 lb. uncooked chicken, cut into 1-inch cubes
    1 lb. pkg. frozen early peas, thawed
    1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    In a nonstick skillet, saute minced garlic and margarine.
    Add chicken cubes and brown lightly.
    Add lemon juice and cook, covered, for 10 minutes.
    Add thawed peas and cook, covered, an additional 5 minutes or until done.
    Serves 8.
    Serve with rice.
