Tire Blackened Possum - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 possum, scraped off the road
bay leaf
tarragon
1 or 2 sweet potatoes
Preparation

This is a naturally fatty meat and has now been pretenderized. I, none-the-less, recommend a good soaking in salt water and a thorough rinsing to get rid of all the possible floaters (be sure to scrape as much hair off as possible).
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 3 hours with the rest of the ingredients.
