Fresh Apple Bread(Yields 2 Loaves) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. nuts, chopped (preferably English walnuts)
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. apples, chopped
    3 c. flour (unbleached)
Preparation
    Mix oil, sugar, eggs, apples and vanilla.
    Combine dry ingredients and add to sugar mixture.
    Add nuts and mix thoroughly.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans.
    Serve hot with butter.
