1/2 lb. Feta cheese
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
chopped parsley
pepper
2 eggs
1 1/2 lb. pastry sheets
1/2 c. butter, melted
Preparation

Crumble or mash the Feta cheese with a fork.
Add the grated Parmesan cheese, parsley, eggs and pepper.
