Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. shortening
1/3 c. grated cheese
2/3 to 3/4 to 1 c. milk (until right consistency)
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients.
Add shortening, cheese and milk. Stir until soft.
Beat 15 strokes.
Drop by tablespoons onto greased pan.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
Makes 14 large biscuits.
Place in ring around meat.
