Hawaiian Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. skinned and defatted chicken thighs or boneless chicken breasts
    1 can crushed pineapple
    2 green peppers, sliced
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Rinse chicken.
    Place in a baking or broiling pan.
    Pour pineapple over chicken liberally.
    Sprinkle on the Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
    Then, place slices of green pepper on each piece of chicken.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about one hour.
    Can be served over rice.
